LOT Polish Airlines App Reviews

The version from last year was much better. It had more options available in full web version, like upgrading your flight features. This new version does not have it (or is hard to find). It also doesnt allow you to save personal information. You cannot enter just e-mail address, or just phone number. You have to fill out whole page, and when you enter expiration date of your document it insists that your passport expired (which is not the case), so check the calendar setups. The reservation check is pretty slow. Once you enter confirmation number, last name and hit "check" you stare at the blank page. Please fix this frustrating app. I gave two stars for visual design.

I get an error nag screen when trying to check in. Do not know if it works with passbook. By the way, the app is asking from which country you are to start the process of checking in, what for ? No clear link to your miles and more account. You can just check your registration.

This is useless application. Just a wrapper to their website. I installed it hoping to save my boarding pass to the passbook which the app claims to do but this simply does not work. A waste of time.

Pretty good app, simple and to the point. Its a lot better of an app than most of the airlines in the USA. Overall, Im pretty satisfied. Mogli tylko dodać troszkę wiecej informacji o lini LOT, n.p flota itd.

Cannot buy tickets using this app or do anything really. Redirects you to Safari for most things.

- not possble to push boarding pass on the lock screen - app doesnt remember already entered trip details - need to enter it manualy - check-in process a bit old fashion way - inframe to the webpage is not best idea, also the rec loc and passanger informations are not populated even if the trip is already added to "library"

Apart from what other said, if your flight gets delayed, the boarding pass dissapears from the app. Trip with 2 flights is a problem. I am quite computer and app literate but it took me half an hour or more to try and get a boarding pass,ci failedcfor the first flight, but managed it for the second. Needed to look for a computer and printer to get it. Will now book my tickets via lufthansa to be able to use their app instead.

Since last year at least. Fixes does not solve the issue. Using boarding passes made by LOT is challenging. Guys! Just look at Lufthansa to understand how it should work.

Errors everywhere. No able to find / book flights / blank pages. Wtf!?

Nie przyjmuje lotów w jedną stronę, rozumiem że firma chce sobie poprawić statystyki ale to już chyba drobna przesada. ---Do not accept one way flights, I understand that a company wants to improve their statistics but that is a slight exaggeration.---

Clearly LOT never looked at their competitors apps! Not very functional.

Completely useless, its just a gateway to web check-on. Doesnt store the boarding pass, so you have to have data available to download it before check at the gate. Doesnt support passbook either.

Wheres passbook support?

This isnt a native iOS app. Its just a web-browser shell to LOTs web interface. And due to this, navigation, design and functionality are very poor. And without passbook, its just a very poor choice. To make a simple check-in, you have to wrestle yourself through tiny fonts and counterintuitive tabs, to at the end receive an email with a poorly formatted mobile boarding pass. Using this app feels like my days of using Palm Treo back in 2005. A tip for you: the Lufthansa app allows you to check-in to almost all of LOTs flights, and through it you get a nice Lufthansa passbook boarding pass. Not to mention its interface…

Passbook support added however you must tap add to passbook while viewing the ticket which is emailed to you.

Saving boarding passes to passbook doesnt work.

The appt is a good start but needs revision. Encountered many error codes for basic information. Had to input same information multiply times, even when you are registered. Appt will not recognise USA when trying to input personal data. It defaults to Canada, even after data is saved.

Awesome new update!! Makes the app so much easier to use and makes it more fluid. It shows you more good information about best prices. Everything is perfect except when you press "more prices" and then press "less prices" the option to choose that flight goes away and you have to restart the search to choose that flight. This app really competes well against other airlines apps and makes the company look so better! #flylot

Horrible Guest mode freezes... When it does works, clearly not written by anyone with travel experience. No seat selection. Really bad information presentation. I have a connection in Warsaw. It shows only one time. Not sure. Arrival? Departure of my next flight? Couldnt you give a layover time? Took an email to customer service to find out. Horrific
