Assolutamente inutilizzabile !!!!

Can’t use the app. It’s stuck on start up page. UPDATE: After deleting and reinstalling the app it seems to be working properly. Time will tell.

I use the LOT app for few years . Easy way to book the flight and check in. Highly recommended

This app does not work. You can’t check any flights and I can’t get in to my account. I’m Getting constant error message. I’m so frustrated. It’s a shame that Polish Airline can’t afford to create functioning application.

It’s not working. Please fix.

Tried for days to book a flight that was showing available via google/flights. You are charged extra if an agent assist you via phone. When I finally contacted customer support I learnt it was an issue with OS devices.

Our flying expert was good. But the app is bad.

Doesn’t save trips in guest account. Fails to sing in for an account not associated with M&M.

To najgorsza ze wszystkich aplikacji do latania po całym świecie, korzystałem z więcej niż jednej aplikacji lotniczej, od tanich po drogie, ale nie mam już dość energii na tę aplikację, mam prawie lot i nie mogę znaleźć mojego biletu w aplikacji od pierwszego dnia, ciągle wyświetla błąd i spróbuj ponownie później, nie mogę nawet zrobić check in, ponieważ nie ma tam mojego cholernego biletu. Gdybym mógł, dałbym ocenę -100. Dziękujemy za stwarzanie ludziom problemów zamiast dbania o ich komfort

Download this app to have my travel info easier. Whatever has happened with this app. I can no longer load my reservations or manage my booking. The app takes ages to load and when it finally does it’s useless. It won’t find my bookings so I end up having to use the main LOT website which works fine. This app needs a major update

Not working - no way you could see or add your trips.No able to sign into existing account.Not working for over a month .

Doesn’t work. Do not let me login. No other function works besides marketing additional services.

Doesn’t even work

The latest update of this app prevents it even from loading. The app is stuck on the start page and won’t go forward. Even before that, when I could use the app, the functionality was very limited. You could not effectively change your flight or select seats. You had do call them, and LOT would charge you $46 for just taking your call + any change fees. They said you I should have used their app or site to modify my flight but when I told them that the app / site functionality was broken, they verified it and waived the fee. LOT is a cheap service, and I don’t mean “inexpensive”. Buggy, outdated, low budget without any regard for their customers. Very disappointed.

App doesn’t show trips unless you manually add them after booking

We booked our flights to Poland and then downloaded this app in the hopes of utilizing it like any other airline app. However, after signing up, the app has been completely worthless. If I click “my account,” it’s just the spinning dashes/wheel and nothing ever appears. I tried to add my flight to the app with our booking reference # and my surname - repeated error message and never works. Would love to know how to remedy this asap. Immensely frustrating.

Do not work iOS 18 on iPad.I can selected dates,then search and nothing.Selected dates show up in history in the corner,it worked before.Works only on iPhone. Lot.com also does not work on the iPad,after selecting the date and search an error appears

The app is buggy. It did not take in the country of passport issuance despite several attempts. Had to complete the check in online. Moreover, the first flight leg LAX to WAW boarding pass would not go into Apple Wallet while the second flight pass did go in. Go, figure out. Lastly, does not allow to change the account contact email address. It is “grayed out”.

The worst company in the world, don't do this to yourself, she is all cheats and frauds, it's better to travel with any other airline and not this company. It is unexplained suffering.

Missing some crucial functionality. Delays are not updating on the My Trips screen, which makes it confusing after receiving email communication about the delay- one cannot help, but wonder, what is a correct departure time. Correct departure updates on the boarding pass, but that requires additional click to display, so it is not an information readily available at the first glance. The boarding pass has “add to Apple walllet” button, but unable to add to the wallet . No choice was given for flight updates provided by sms.

Why offer e-boarding pass if paper form is required by entrance to airplane ?!

First I want to make a point that you can’t separate rating this app and the costumer service of LOT Polish airlines. The reason being the functionality of this app as a whole is in question. The glitches like: saving the country of your residence, problems with retrieving or actualization of your booking (displaying error) etc. are just minor issues that should be addressed. However the bigger problem is that you are unable to resolve the issues concerning your flight with this app alone - you need to contact their customer service and they are a friggin’ nightmare! Why is it a scam? Well, how would you call it if: •your return flight (that you booked through their app sic!) was cancelled. •Your booking hadn’t been updated and you weren’t informed about the cancellation (I found out when I was trying to check in for my flight and the app was displaying an error); •the customer service was not only unhelpful but also rude - said that all they can do is to reimburse the cost of your return flight ONLY (from your round trip) and you have to get yourself new flight on your own - they won’t even assist you with rebooking; • you had to then book your new flight on your own and last minute through a different provider which naturally incurred high cost of the new ticket (way above the price of the whole trip!); No wonder I consider all the above actions to be fraudulent and knowing that I would’ve NEVER purchased the flight through them in the first place (nor will I do it ever again). If only they had spent as much time focusing on fixing the app or providing actual SERVICE for their customers as they do on “fixing” their ratings in the App Store! (Rating 4.8- How is that even possible?!!!)- knowing first hand how horrible mine or other people’s experience was with them.

My bookings randomly disappear. I get errors on flight information seats that I choose get randomly removed from business class bookings.

My Sundays flight was canceled

Everything worked well up until the point where I could not add my boarding passes to Apple wallet this needs to be fixed

App is so easy to use. I am glad that LOT Polish Airlines treat Premium Economy close to Business/First Class. It was pretty new to me

The reservation is not automatically displayed in my account, I had to track it by old emails to find number and finally open in the app,

It would be 5 stars, if it was easier to add a ticket for a pet through the application instead of calling and being on the phone with an agent for 15-20 min.

Compared with Apps from other airlines LOT’ App is underwhelming. If you check-in using the App make sure you save the Boarding Pass in the iPhone Wallet as the one in the App has a tendency to disappear and give you an error message when you try to retrieve it. Changing seats is typically unavailable on the App.

The Ap will not allow to download the boarding pass

The app helped me talk with customer support and I was easily able to request a refund. But to improve the app I suggest you add more options when flights are cancelled and give the option for automatically switching the flight for free. We should not have to be charged for purchasing a ticket when your company cancelled flights.

Do not fly with them they don’t care about people getting delayed ruining their travel itinerary. They cancel the flight with out any advisory not giving a valid a reason why their flight got cancelled. And when you try to get compensation for damages they have made they will just ignore you. EU should look in how they handle their customers. Rating should be ZERO but it wont allow the review to be posted.

I can’t order anything through this app and even though LOT in safari can’t order anything too So terrible

Aplikacja pozwala szukać loty, zarządzać podróżami oraz dużo innych rzeczy. Ale czy robi to dobrze? Aplikacja nie jest wydajna, animacje zacinają się prawie w każdym przypadku. Moim urządzeniem jest iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 16.5. Ale problem nie jest powiązany z modelem iPhone. Czuję, że nie jest to natywna aplikacja dla iOS, stąd większość problemów. Po dokonaniu odprawy w zakładce „Moje podróże” na kafelku podróży nadał był napis „Odpraw się”. Przy każdym przejściu na zakładkę „Moje konto” tytuły pól takich jak „Imię”, „Nazwisko” i innych, dziwnie zmniejszają się. Wygląd listy opcji w zakładce „Więcej” jest przeciążony. Jest dużo elementów listy, ważnych i mniej ważnych, wyglądających identycznie. Proponuję pogrupować niektóre funkcje w kategorie, żeby mieć dostęp do tych funkcji dopiero po tym jak przejdziemy w kategorię, np. „Usługi partnerów”. Czemu nie macie informacji na stronie aplikacji w App Store, że ona wspiera Apple Wallet? Przecież można dodawać bilety do Wallet z poziomu aplikacji. Ta informacja jest korzystna dla użytkowników i jedna z najważniejszych dla takiego typu aplikacji jak Wasza. Życzę wszystkiego dobrego i żeby Wasza apka stawała coraz lepsza.

It hard to believe app doesn’t show upcoming trips, but web page does, how is that even possible ?. Do you even update your app devs ?

This app will not perform well. Finding bookings is manual entry of reservation. Most content is from embedded web pages & will often show not available or permission error and restrictions. Much hope and promise… but not yet delivered.

Can you refine website experience? It’s painful to do any action on it

Would be nice to save bookings in the app while logged out as well as having FAST TRACK show on the Apple wallet boarding pass if it is valid for that passenger.

Slow, difficult to navigate and when compared to other airlines, LOT needs to work on improving its website

Does anybody test the app when you release them useless on my iPhone can’t even get past the first screen to pick a currency. I end up booking it on my computer try to cancel two legs on my flight and of course they don’t let me Don’t use this airline fly Lufthansa or anything else avoid avoid avoid

This app is completely useless. No electronic boarding passes, not even real-time updates on flights.
